Returns & Refund Policy

You can cancel your order until it is marked ‘Ready To Dispatch’. Order for products once shipped shall not be entitled to cancelation. You can make a refund request only if,

1. Product has defected or your product is wrong

2. Product has been expired

3. Your product is canceled (only before the shipment)

4. Your order amount will be refunded after the cancellation request is processed.

5. All refunds will be credited to Khaaugully Wallet. You can pay for your next purchases through Khaaugully Wallet.

6. Once your return or cancellation request is processed; it takes up to 5 to 7 working days for a refund to be credited in your wallet.

7. In the rarest of rare events if you still have any issues with the products you have received we would be very keen to understand your feedback and look at appropriate action. Do share your feedback at support@khaaugully.com
