Log in on

Browse the product using the search option.

Select the product and click on “Add to Cart”.

Click on the “Buy Now ” button.

Select a delivery address and create a new address.

Make payment and enter required details.


9. How do I find out if a product can be delivered to my location?

Enter your Pin code on the product Details page and check The Delivery Status.

Click on Track Order Id to view details and to check its status.


11. Can I cancel my order after it has been Ready To Dispatch?

No, you cannot cancel an Order after it has been shipped. You can cancel the order before they are marked as “Ready To Dispatch”.

17. How can I seek a refund?

You can make a refund request only if,

The product is not as per the Order.

The product has defected or your product is wrong.

The product delivered has crossed the expiry date.

Your product is canceled (only before the shipment).



18. How will I get my refund?

Refund will be directly transferred in your “My Wallet”.

Once your return or Cancellation request is processed; it takes up to 5 to7working days for a refund to be.

Credited in your wallet.

If the supplier is not able to fulfill the order on time then the amount credited to your account​.

Log in to your site.

Go to “My Account” & click on “My Order”.

Select the Order Id of the product.

View Details of the product.

Click on the cancel button.

Note:- You can cancel the Order only before Ready To Dispatch.
